Arrive at the Menorca airport where your rental car is waiting for you. Then drive to Ses Salines de Fornells in the Northern coast where there is the hotel, your base camp during your holiday

The itinerary combines different walking routes and by car along the north coast and allows you to discover one of the best preserved areas of the coast of Menorca with the visits to the impressive and remote beaches (for example Cala Pregonda which stands out), as well as the lighthouse of Cavalleria, the Roman ruins of Sanutges or the tower of Fornells.

Transfer to the south coast of the island by car to Llucalcari, located near by the largest sandy beach of the island (Son Bou) and the point where you join the Camí de Cavalls which leads you to the beautiful Calascoves. The cliffs that surround the cove have housed an early Christian necropolis from the 5th century. A taxi will take you to Llucalcari where you can pick up your car and return to the hotel.

In the east coast first you visit on foot the Favàritx lighthouse to continue the route through the GR223 into the natural park. The landscape reminds us to Ireland instead of the mediterranean as the naked rocks are hit by the wind. Slowly the terrain changes to meadows close the sea, where the white sand beaches are close to some small cliffs, and soon appears the beautiful sight of Colom island. Finally you reach the little port of Es Grau where you can see the marshes with several bird species who give life to the natural park. Transfer with taxi to the car and return to the hotel.

You go back to the south coast where there is Cala Mitjana and you will do the best stage of the week. Walk into farmlands, forests and inner canyons to the wild beach of Binigaus along the GR223. On your way back to Cala Mitjana, along a precious coastal route which runs inside the pinweood (Pinus halepensis) and visit four of the most beautiful coves in the island, a real show! Reach Cala Mitjana where your car is parked.

Again in the north coast, Cala Pinar is where our excursion starts today. The itineray will help you to understand the fascinating geological variety which the island of Menorca has, through the diversity of landscapes with beaches with red pebbles or white sand beaches, separated by high cliffs and huge green meadows where the famous menorquin cows graze. From them you get the milk to produce one of the best cheeses in the world. End in Cala Morell, dressed with its white houses. Transfer back to Cala Pinar with taxi and return to the hotel.

In the south western coast of Menorca, hidded into the pinewoods you can find some of the most beautiful beaches in the Balearics. You start and end the excursion in Cala Galdana, from where, in a clear day, you can admire the north part of the Serra de Tramuntana in Mallorca. The circular route, will allow you to visit the beautiful beaches of white sand and crystal clear waters: Macarella, Macaralleta and Cala Turqueta, using a coastal path and then an inner one which goes paralel and connects the three paradise beaches.
